One of our favourite things to do on the grill are really great artisan style sandwiches and last night we came up with a California Club using my new recipe for Bacon Salt.
- Sprinkle a boneless, skinless chicken breast with bacon salt and grill until tender.
- Brush extra virgin olive oil onto both sides of a good quality Panini bread and grill to toast.
- Spread the bread with Hellmans light mayonnaise and then top with the chicken, sliced avocado, sliced tomatoes, and lettuce.
The smoky bacon salt gives that nice hint of bacon without all the extra calories and the sandwich itself it amazing!
